Making Payments with Payprop

When you move in we’ll set you up with an account on the system we use, called Payprop.

  • You get a unique reference number to use when making payments so your payment is easily allocated to your account
  • A payment reminder sent out (by text or email) the day before your rent payment is due.
  • You can access the Payprop tenants portal to see your up to date rent statement showing when payments are due, payments you’ve made etc.

Dealing with Arrears

Everyone can have money struggles sometimes, there’s no need to feel embarrassed, especially with the current cost of living crisis. The most important thing is to speak to us and let us know what’s going on so we can try to help. It’s also important that we keep your landlord informed of any late payments as this will obviously impact them too. If you’re in arrears we can set up a payment plan to help you get back up to date, we’ve helped tenants claim benefits they didn’t know they were entitled to to help with housing costs and accompanied tenants to universal credit meetings to sort out housing payment problems. We’ll do whatever we can to help, but we need to know there’s a problem first, so please speak to us as soon as you can.
