Reporting Repairs

When you move in to a property managed by Fleetwood, we will let you know if you should report repairs to us or your landlord.
..The following information is for tenants who report repairs to us.

The first point on repairs is that we always ask that you let us know about any repair or maintenance issues as soon as you can, even if you’re not sure if it’s a problem or not, we’d rather know and check it out just incase. With most maintenance issues the sooner we’re aware, the sooner we can act, which usually means a smaller issue to deal with – so less inconvenience for you and your landlord!

There are several ways of reporting repairs:

• Text or call us on the mobile numbers provided in your move in pack
• Email us – you can send a message through the contact page
• Submit a ticket on the Payprop Tenants Portal
